Practice areas

We Are Deepest in Injury Work.

Plenty of staffing firms list every practice area and train for none of them. Here is where our curriculum goes deep, where we place trained people without pretending the certification covers it, and where we will point you elsewhere.

Two cars in a collision

Taught by Case Type, Not in General

The course teaches these by name — the criteria, the coverage questions, the treatment path, and what makes one worth signing. Liability, coverage and damages are each their own module, with their own quiz.

Certified

Motor Vehicle Accidents

The core of the curriculum. Rear-enders, intersection collisions, multi-car liability, uninsured and underinsured motorists, and the treatment timeline that decides whether a case is a case.

Certified

Premises Liability

Slip and fall, dangerous conditions, notice and lawful presence — and the honest conversation about soft-tissue-only claims that will not carry.

Certified

Dog Bites

Strict liability, homeowners coverage as the source of recovery, and why these qualify differently from every other injury call.

Certified

Pedestrian & Cyclist

Comparative fault, the police report, and coverage that often sits somewhere the caller does not expect.

The curriculum also carries a per-state module on motor vehicle law, so an agent taking calls for a Georgia firm is not answering with California’s rules.

Where We Place, Without the Certification

Same people, same onboarding — but the capstone is an injury exam, and we will not tell you it tested something it did not.

Trained

Workers’ Compensation

Adjacent enough that the intake instincts transfer, different enough that the statutory scheme has to be learned on your side.

Trained

Mass Tort

High-volume qualification against a sponsor’s criteria. The screening discipline is the same; the criteria come from you.

Trained

Employment

Intake, records chasing and client contact. The legal knowledge stays with your attorneys.

Trained

Immigration

Where bilingual staffing matters most, and where document chasing and appointment coordination carry most of the load.

Trained

Family Law

Scheduling, intake and client communication, with the discretion the subject matter demands.

Trained

Estate Planning & Probate

Appointment setting, document collection and follow-up on a long, quiet cadence.

Where We Would Tell You to Look Elsewhere

Two answers we would rather give now than in month three.

Criminal defence intake, at least for now. The calls arrive at every hour, often from custody, and the first conversation carries a weight we are not set up to train for at distance. A firm that says it can staff anything is telling you it has not thought about any of it.

Anything requiring supervised legal judgement, in any practice area. Our people qualify, gather, coordinate and follow up. Where that line sits is part of the training and it is on the exam.

Not on the List?

Ask anyway. If we can staff it well we will say so, and if we cannot we will say that instead — it is a cheaper conversation now than in month three.
